
I did gain some knowledge about using social media to communicate with my clients and met several agents from other states who were savy with the new media. It is fascinating how much things have changed because of the internet but I have also discovered that sometimes I need a conversation with a professional to get a question answered. In today's world these conversations do not necessarily take place on the phone or in person. I find I am often communicating with my clients by e-mail and frequently via text message.
Yet with all the changes taking place we still need to protect ourselves, our families, businesses, and homes. I haven't learned how to deal with lint balls yet but I am all over Facebook.
