Modern cars are amazing in their engineering. The suspensions make traveling along bumpy roads not too uncomfortable and even SUV's handle corners well. Where in the Mustang pictured above, if you are traveling 70 mph on the freeway, you know you are going 70 while in a modern car 100 mph seems like cruising. (Please don't try this at home)
But, there is just something about going for a ride in the old classic. Cruising along while all the new cars are racing around. Perhaps Boston's Cool the Engines playing loudly on the stereo. (Gosh, I must be getting old) And when you get to where you're going you inevitably have everyone's attention as they look to see who just pulled up in that old Mustang.
